It’s Inspiration Friday No. 78! Welcome!

Inspiration Friday Graphic_thumb[3]
Well, call us crazy (which we’re sure you already do!), but we can’t believe that it’s already time for another Inspiration Friday! Where did this week go?

Did you get a chance to read Heather’s post, “10 Commandments of Blogging“?
We hope you will take some time to check it out as we know that navigating this crazy world of Blogging can be a challenge. And it’s our desire to make our little corner of it the best it can be!

blogging, commandments, how to blog, bloggers, 10 commandments

Before we get ready to par-tay, it’s time for us to announce the winner of the fabulous Giveaway of this beautiful pillow from the lovely Linda at Drop Cloth Designs and the blog It All Started With Paint!

Union Jack Pillow - 16 x 16
And the winner is….
Our Blue Front Door!!
Congratulations Andrea!
We’ll be in contact regarding redeeming your fantastic prize.

Now, let’s jump into the party and check out some of the awesome Features from last week!

Debbie from Visual Eye Candy showed off this fantastic Girly Glam Office and we think it definitely looks like a space we could get used to working in!

We were so excited to hear that Linda from Coastal Charm recently had her gorgeous seaside condo featured in Condo Owner magazine! Congratulations Linda!

Kristie from Market Nine Studio shared her gorgeous studio space with us and we can definitely see how this would inspire her to come up with some of her beautiful creations!

We just love this Kitchen Makeover shared with us by Cloches and Lavender. The espresso finish on the cabinets looks so rich and elegant!

Christie from Ma Nouvelle Mode shared a makeup and hair makeover with her Day to Night Transformation and we are now ready for our hubbies to take us out for
Date Night so we can try this ourselves!

Gail from Gail’s Decorative Touch definitely put her special “touch” on these baskets! She gave plain bushel baskets a makeover and turned them into these beauties.

It’s back to school time and this Crayon Wreath shared with us by Laura from A Mrs. in the Making is a darling way to help celebrate the occasion!

Kathie from Krafty Kat shared these Plastic Spoon Roses…huh? Plastic Spoon Roses? You betcha! Now go on over and see how she made them because this is one cool project!

Plastic Spoon Rose In Cup
Gail from Bible Love Notes showed us how she made this Kitchen Booth using Ikea Ottomans. This is a fantastic idea and you will have to check out how she and her husband created this!

Summer is still in full swing and this Watermelon Granita recipe shared with us by Nicole at Wonky Wonderful sounds like the perfect way to cool off on a hot day!

Carolyn from Homework shared this recipe for Quinoa Tomato Salad Bites and while these look absolutely delicious we also know that quinoa has many health benefits too. That’s a win win!

Jourdan from Little Yellow Barn was able to score the “secret” recipe to these Magnolia Bakery Whoopie Pies. Can’t you understand just by looking at them why you would want to yell “whoopie” when you take that first bite?

Erin from Just Grand shared with us an absolutely incredible charitable organization called “100 Women Who Care” and we would love to have you go over and read this post to learn more about this simple, yet so powerful idea!

Amanda from Chaos and Coffee shared with us from her heart about how her faith has grown and changed as she has watched her adorable daughters grow and change. And how a car accident reminded her of just how precious life truly is!

I’ve got nothing this week…..But I love your features, oh my, those plastic spoon roses. I tried this project a while back and I wasn’t quite so successful. These are just gorgeous. Pay money for one of Dawn’s original water colors for my mom for Christmas. It is of a little red bird in the snow. has dementia but still knows and can still enjoy life. She loved it. It hangs in her room where she spends most of her time. It was the perfect gift. you for sharing about this talented artist.
