Touches of Fall Home Tour

Touches of Fall Home Tour from At The Picket Fence

Welcome! I’m so excited by to be part of a week of fabulous fall home tours hosted by Daisy May Belle and At Home with the Barkers!

As time passes, and the older I get, the more I am appreciating the little things.  It used to be when a holiday rolled around I might have moved quickly from swimsuit to Christmas sweater, but now I’m realizing that subtle touches can be enough.  The same is true with my home.  There was a time where my home looked like “Elf” had snuck in during the night and bedecked it with cheer galore!

Now I’m drawn to a more simple reflection of the changing seasons.  This year I am loving using simple reflections of autumn, as I pay homage to my favorite season! I hope you enjoy these touches of fall as well!

A trio of striped gold and white pumpkins makes the perfect centerpiece for our breakfast table.  With the addition of pillows and blankets we can snuggle up while playing a game of cards.

Always enjoy your posts! I have one question: where did you find the wicker chairs in your breakfast room? I love those! I know I’ve seen them before but can’t remember where. Thanks! 😀

Heather, I had a hectic week this week so I saved some of my visiting up for this weekend! I’ve been so tempted to peek at your home tour, but I was a good girl. So today with Pumpkin Spice Latte in hand, sitting on my back porch rocking chair I now got the biggest treat! Your home is spectacular!!! I love everything you have done for fall… and just your beautiful decor itself. I LOVE those striped pumpkins in your breakfast!Every time I stop by AT THE PICKET fence I have a huge urge to hug the stuffin’ out of you and Vanessa! xo
