Setting a blue and white Thanksgiving Table

Blue and White Tablescape

Can you BELIEVE it’s November already!? The month literally blew into the south, with windy nights and falling leaves!

Blue and White Fall Tablescape

I LOVE all of the traditional colors of autumn…reds, oranges and yellows! But, it’s also fun to mix it up a little and add a fresh and current touch to FALL decorating! ENTER….BLUE and WHITE!

If you’ve seen any of my previous home tours, like my FALL and CHRISTMAS tours from last year and my SUMMER tour from this year, you know how much I LOVE blue! We have a touch of blue in every room of our house…except for our Alabama room…anything but Crimson in that room would be sacrilegious. grin!

Setting a blue and white Thanksgiving Table is a fun way for me to add my favorite color, while still maintaining some traditional elements like dried wheat, burlap and my classic white and gold china.

It’s elegance meets rustic refined….my favorite combination!

How exciting, I’ve been thinking of blue and white transferware for Tksgiving too! I never had done the blue for Thanks Day before. I love your centerpiece and runner. All your blue pieces are gorgeous and so is that great lantern, along with the lovely flatware…well, so much to be inspired here!
