I really love the photos in the frame in your hall way – I’m guessing it spells something out but I can’t quite see what it is (despite craning my neck to snoop!!).

Heather your home is beautiful, I’m sure it will sell fast!
What a great idea! I love that you took it into your own hands.
its gorg!! you shouldn’t have any problem with it selling i dont think!
oh…. I can hardly wait till we are neighbors in Hotlanta!! 🙂
Heather, your home is gorgeous – it will sell quickly I’m sure!! The property is so pretty and the interior is so stylish and yet not too specific. Best wishes – hope it goes fast so you can focus on your move!
I’m so excited for you about the move. Admit it, you just did it to be closer to me, right? Yeahhhh. I really do love your home, Heather. You had me at the winding driveway and beautiful outside, and it just got better from there. I can’t imagine this home not selling like a hot potato!
I am behind in reading so I need to go back and see the actual announcement. I knew that it was a strong possibility, and I’m selfishly glad that you’re coming.
Oh my the things that happen when your absent!!! 🙂 Your selling your house and it looks as though your blog has gone through a makeover… Which looks lovely by the way. Is your move do to work..?? Now I can’t remember but will this put you closer or further away from Vanessa?? I know so many questions 🙂 Thank you so much for your prayers and concern it is so wonderful to be back. I actually just posted about it today.
Oh, good. You are coming here! I hope you sell quickly.
Such a beautiful home.. and, such a good
idea to post a blog on it!
Good luck with the sale.
Sandy
I love your beautiful home. Hope it sells quickly.
Heather,
Your home is beatiful and I’m sure it will sell fast. My hubs is in the business and he is selling like crazy…if you have it priced right…it will sell. I’m sure you will love Atlanta.
Blessings,
Linda
wow, how exciting!! Your home is wonderful, but like you said, a whole new house to decorate. Such a great idea for the blog! I’ll be keeping you in my prayers as you start this new chapter of life! xoxo
Heather – your home will sell quickly I’m sure. Your website for the sale is pretty awesome as well. Any buyer looking will be thrilled to tour your home, especially with all of the upgrades you’ve made. I’m excited for you to move to Atlanta. I think you’re going to love it.
Good luck, Heather! I’d definitely make sure the Romantic Homes feature is mentioned somewhere along the line {maybe the realtor}. Your home is just so gorgeous, but I know your next one will be just as great.
You smart girl!
I also made a blogspot for our home next Spring when it’s listed! It isn’t live yet, but the web address is our home’s address.
I know your home will sell quickly! It is beautiful!
When you move, you’ll only be an hour and a half from me!
My sister lived in Atlanta–Marietta, to be exact.
It’s a great city!
Blessings on the sale!
HUGS,Leslie
Absolutely a beautiful home. I’m sure it will sell quickly. Great photos throughout. The only thing that I would add would be the total square footage of the home, I looked for it~maybe I missed it somewhere though. Or maybe it’s not a big deal in Kentucky but where I’m at that’s about the 2nd question when looking for a new home.
I went to the MLS listing and seen it broken down ft. by ft. Just thought I would mention that. Again, you have a beautiful home!
I missed your announcement and literally almost squealed when I read you’re coming to Atlanta. Really hoping to meet you in real life!!! Please email me if you have any questions or need help with the move 🙂 Amanda
I shared, but that’s it…I am in denial. I thought maybe you could be converted into a UK fan after all…not so much. No more dreams of trips to Cincinnati’s IKEA? Kidding…so glad to see you moving forward! I’ll pass it on along to anyone I can!
Heather, I hope your home sells quickly so you can make your move to Atlanta. We lived there for twenty years and I know you will love it there.
Oh I have a feeling you are going to sell fast there girl! Best wishes. How exciting.
I can’t believe you can get that much beautiful house for that price! Who wouldn’t want it! ~ Maureen
Gorgeous home Heather! Good luck with the sale and move!
Such a beautiful home–love your home site! Prayers to you for a wonderful buyer and a quick move to Atlanta.
IT is wonderful and nice photo shared on the site we can be search in this site and do enjoy it in this site and post also.
I know you’re excited about relocating! And, I know your gorgeous home will sell fast! I didn’t realize you had all of that land … beautiful! Fingers crossed for you!
Your home is beautiful, trust me, it will sell fast! Keep us posted, I’m so excited for you! Praying for a smooth and speedy transition. XOXO ~Liz
It’s absolutely gorgeous Heather!
You ahave done a fabulous job decorating here…I’m sure it’ll sell quickly.
Congrats on your new upcoming move…a new adventure to look forward to!
Thanks for the viewing..it was fun!
Deborah 🙂
Good luck with your move. We just relocated from CT to VA. What a chore! The housing market is stiff…we rented our house out to some friends for a while. I loved Atlanta when we lived there in 2000. The homes are darling and affordable! The best of luck to you – your home is gorgeous!
Gorgeous! Sign me up, I’m ready to move! Smart thinking to put up your own web site for your home. I have found that you can’t completely rely on the realtor to do it all and that taking initiative can sell your home faster and for more money! I’ve staged homes, made my own fliers with color photos and held my own open houses before! Good Luck with the sale and the exciting move! Hugs, Leena
You did a wonderful job with your advertising promo for the house. And now you need to think of it as a HOUSE rather than a home, you know? How very exciting for you. It looks like my daughter/family might be relocating to the Atlanta area, too. Blessings to you- xo Diana
You have such a beautiful home! I just love it…you shouldn’t have any trouble selling it either!
Oh my goodness, Heather, your home is beautiful! It would easily sell for twice that here, so I can’t imagine that it will take very long to sell it — keeping my fingers (& toes) crossed for you.
CAS
What a BRILLIANT way to get that baby sold! Goor for you, and many happy years in your new home!
XO,
Anne
I think a new move is exciting but I’m sure you will miss your home. How proud you must be of all the work you put into it and now somebody new will be able to enjoy it. I love living in Oregon, but I wish I could have homes all around the country so I could enjoy what each region has to offer. If I could – I’d buy yours in a heartbeat 🙂 Good luck!!
Your home is beautiful and not to mention “famous”..I know you will sell it quickly!…Must be hard to leave that beautiful home with so many memories….your property is just gorgeous…but I know you look forward to a new adventure and a new place to decorate!
Good luck Heather!!!
Love, love the staircase! And did you paint over the orange in the powder room? I’ll have to take a closer look … maybe it’s a bit too taste specific for a house for sale.
I wish you the best of luck in a speedy sale!
🙂
Linda
Hi again,
One of the things that is very important to us in Canada is knowing what comes with the house we are looking to purchase: appliances, light fixtures, window coverings, etc.. Don’t know if that is something you would want to list.
All the very best in selling your beautiful home. You had me at the driveway and the rolling hills,
Cathy
It’s just charming, Heather! And so spacious! I know you’ll have buyers breaking the door down. Best of luck! We can’t wait to have in the ATL! 😀
xo Heidi
Your home is so beautiful, warm and inviting. I’m sure you’ll have no problem selling! Best of luck!
The good news is… you will probably meet so many great bloggers! Atlanta is a hotbed of blogging talent!
Your home is gorgeous… inviting and updated! I’ll put you on my prayer list… some Divine intervention is a good thing!
What a beautiful home! Good luck in for a quick sale. You are smart to market it yourself–nobody cares more than you do.
Your house would sell for about $800,000+ here where I live in the Los Angeles area…good grief! You’d be disappointed with how much houses cost here for what you get! It’s just gorgeous! You have great taste, too!

Your home is lovely! Wishing you success in selling. I just about fainted when I saw the list price. In our area of Ontario, Canada, west of the GTA that home on 1.5 acres would be more than a million dollars.
Oh, Heather, I see you are leaving our beautiful Kentucky!!! Your home is lovely and I have enjoyed looking at the photos on your website. I wish you luck in selling and in your move to Atlanta. My step-daughter, her husband, and baby live in Atlanta (they just bought a house) and we go there several times a year to visit and on business as we have an office there. “Hot-lanta” is a fun place to be!
Hi Heather, your home is beautiful! What an excited move, best of luck! Jen
It is so pretty Heather…my girls would love playing on that drive way! I would like playing in the kitchen! 🙂 I will share this today on my FB page…good luck with the sale…I don’t think it will take long!! 🙂 My best friend lives in Atlanta and I visit her often. I love the weather there. She gets snow a couple times a year. Not much, but enough for a little fun!
