Congratulations! You two are amazing: from all the work that went into this to being able to open yourselves to others so completely, I just can’t imagine. Congrats again.
I love all the seasons, but I am a winter person. I like being indoors with a fire going and a book in my hand. I like using the snow as a reason not to leave the house unless absolutely necessary.
I have always loved Autumn with the cool crisp air, the beautiful colors of the leaves as they change, the big bulky sweaters, and just cuddling up with my favorite guy!
WOW…..You girls are so Awesome and a Big Congratulations on your book….
My favorite Season is Spring…..The “Awakening”…A time to reflect on the past and get out and see what awakens from the restful Peace of Winter…Much like “rebirth” of all the Miracles we are so Blessed with daily…..My wish to you is a very successful time getting your book out and continuing to bless others as you both do so well….All My Best To You..
Congrats you two!….cannot wait to get a copy!!….So very excited for you!!
Autumn is my very favorite season. In the beautiful northeast, the foliage is an explosion of color. The shorter days provide lots of evening time to curl up with a quilt and a good book.
Congratulations to both of you!! So excited & happy for you!! I love all the seasons & try to celebrate each one, but there is something special about winter!! It’s a wonderful time to celebrate the birth of Jesus, & enjoy all the gifts He has given us with the ones we love❤️
Every season has something special that draws me in but my favorite time of year is summer, long warm days, time in the porch swing drinking coffee with my very special husband, beautiful flowers, new chicks and bunnies, our first fruits from the garden, basking in God’s incredible blessings and provision.
Congratulations on the book. I am excited to read it and be inspired.
I love when the seasons change-all of them! My favorite season seems to change a little every year, but spring probably is my most favorite-can’t wait for it to begin & sorry when it ends!
I feel Winter is my favorite time of the year. The crisp weather, snow falls that make the entire earth sparkle. God has given so much to celebrate it was hard to choose. But Jesus was born and at that time hope was formed for all of us. When I look out doors I always remember how and who made all that we have possible. Love Winter.
Congratulations on your beautiful book. Living on the coast in the south, the fall season means football and wishes for the temperature to drop below 80 degrees. Winter is very mild, with few cold days. Spring is my favorite season with flowers and trees blooming and mild temperatures.
Christmas what better time to celebrate the birth of our Lord. Family gathered around. Happy children and a home filled with love.
Congratulations! How exciting to see all your hard work come to fruition! Spring is my favorite. The earth springs into life reminding me of the new life we are given through Christ’s death and ressurection. God bless and much success!
Autumn is my favorite time. It brings beauty in the colors of the leaves, pumpkins and gourds of all shapes and sizes and the coolness in the air.
I love all of the seasons but claim autumn as my favorite. The colors, smells, activities, and decor all draw me closer to God!
Congratulations! It is a tie between summer and autumn. I love the long days of summer, working in the garden, camping and just being outside. Autumn when things slow down a bit from running all summer with the cooler shorter days, visiting apple orchards and wearing sweatshirts.
Fall is my favorite season.
Even though this is the month that I lost my brother in a motorcycle accident (on a early foggy morning ) when I am out in foggy weather, I feel very close to him. The mists of water and clouds are reminders that he is with me, still.
Hi, I’m so excited for you two. I’m sure it’s been a lot of work but it’s now paying off.
As for my favorite season,I need to pick 2. Spring and Autumn. In south Louisiana those are the best. Neither one last very long but they are fantastic while they’re here. In fact for the last couple of mornings there has been a crisp in the air,I love it.
Congratulations on your first book. How exciting for you and the thrill of that enormous accomplishment.
My favorite season is spring. The weather here in North Florida then is perfect, as far as I’m concerned! God begins to add beautiful colors to our world at this time too. Life seems to take on energy again after the dullness of winter.
I like autumn the best because of the crisp cool air and the colorful leaves.
So excited for the release of your book- you both must be thrilled!
Fall is my favorite time of year- the harvest moon, the colors and I used to actually like school when I was a kid, so fall meant the start of a new school year!
The peeks into your book look beautiful- can’t wait to read it!
Even though I’m a Florida girl, I love autumn! I love the rich colors and cooler temperatures, and the cozy feeling of home!
Congrats on your accomplishments. Looking forward to getting your book.
I love all 4 seasons. Living in western NY, we get to fully celebrate the fullness of each.
The colors, smells, rustling sounds of beautiful leaves dancing in the wind, and the peaceful feeling have always made Fall my favorite season. When I was very young my mom, sister, and I always sang “October Gave A Party” and even though I am will be 80 in the coming year, my sister and I still sing it! I follow your enchanting blog and find it so inspiring. Congratulations on your book! It definitely appears one that I can get happily lost in the pages!
Oh my goodness Congratulations to you both how exciting!
I love the spring everything is new blooming and coming to life! What a beautiful peaceful and exciting time of year! I love the fall as all the new things start to hunker down for the cold weather to come. It makes you excited in anticipation to see all again in the spring!
Best wishes on the book. I looks marvelous and I look forward to reading it. My favorite time of the year is winter. The crisp, cold air wakes me up and gives me the energy to get things done. At the end of the day, it’s nice to have something warm to drink and snuggle in for the evening.
I cannot choose a favorite season – as I grow older, each season brings joy and hope.
Congratulations on your book release!
Although every season is my favorite when it starts– I’ll declare Spring is my favorite season when I feel the first hint of warmth in a breeze, I’ll declare summer is my favorite when school is out and the beach beckons, fall is my favorite when I see the first leaves changing on the trees, I must say I think winter is my favorite season because the family just seems closer. We are inside more, ” us against the world”. We play board games in front of the fireplace, we savor our meals- no ‘eat and run’ like in the summer, we snuggle in bed gratefully at the end of the day with an extra story read. And of course Christmas and all it represents is in winter.
So I think winter is my favorite season of them all!
Congratulations on your book. It looks awesome! I love each season and all they bring . Thankful that I live in an area that has 4 seasons. I get excited when each one arrives. Love your inspirational posts. You are blessings to many .
I adore fall! Beautiful cool days perfect for hiking, apple picking, afternoons at the winery and homemade soup! Oh, and the sweaters!
My favorite Season; happens to be all of them. Is that possible?! I love the experiencing the new season, each have their own splendor!
FALL! I love the crisp but not cold air, October blue skies, all things pumpkin, sweater weather, football and the promise of Thanksgiving and Christmas. If I had my way we would 3 Octobers every year!!!
So excited for you sweet friends.
Xoxo
Cindy
My favorite season is spring. When everything is new and smells like spring rains. It’s a beautiful time of year.
Congratulations to the daughters of my high school friend Carol Kaiser. What an amazing job she and your father did in raising two beautiful and confident girls.
Great job!!
Judy
Congratulations! Beautiful book! Can’t wait to see it! My fave season – totally fall.
Fall is my favorite, where you leave the house bundles up in a sweater and come home from wherever dragging it in the dust. The crisp nights with the windows still flung open but an extra blanket to snuggle under. The Harvest Moon.
I love the preview of the book. My favorite season is Spring. It’s when every thing is coming back after winter looking fresh. A time to plant new plants and enjoy the blooms on plants already planted.
Congrats!! You two must be singing in the streets!! My favorite season is summer when it is hot and sunny!! I love to see all the flowers and bushes in bloom!! It is much easier to get ready in the morning as we don’t have to get all bundled up!! Best wishes for both of you on your new book!!
Spring is my favorite season because everything is coming back to life and waking up. Love it when the Crocus pop their little blooms open.
My favorite season is autumn. Summers here in south Louisiana are brutally hot with almost unbearable humidity. Outdoor activities are particularly hard to enjoy because of this. Autumn brings us outdoors for gardening, football games (GEAUX LSU), visits to the park and coffee on the patio although lower temps are at first sporadic. Happy Fall y’all!
Congratulations! Your book looks wonderful! My favorite season is fall…I love the beautiful colors of the changing leaves, the smell of fall in the air, and just the overall feel of things. Good luck to you!
I am so very excited for you. What a blessing you both are to so many. When the world seems ugly I am thankful for bright spots like you two! Congratulations on this wonderful achievement!!!! Blessings friend
Congratulations!
The book looks beautiful!
Autumn is my favorite season. Crisp, cool weather, beautiful cool colors!
It helps that my birthday is in October also!
I love Fall as I love the warm days and cool evenings. I love all the color of the changing trees, fields of soybeans turning yellow (I live in farm country), pumpkins and mums. I also love football!!
Congratulations on your book release!
Spring, the season of rebirth, is my favorite.
Fall!!!!!!! It feels like life slows down a bit and you can stop and enjoy all of God’s blessings! So thankful for you two ladies!
This book looks wonderful. I would love to read it cover to cover. You two ladies are very talented. Please pick me. I love Fall.
I love the Fall. I love the cooler temps and I love football games. I love walking outdoors in the cooler temps and just looking and watching nature. I love the change of the colors of the leaves. I love Thanksgiving and the fact that family gets together not for anything other than a good time and being together and love. I like to knit and we can begin to wear the sweaters that I have made. I love having a warm drink and curling up with a book or my knitting.
Autumn is my fav! I have been collecting pumpkins forever and have many that are a part of my year round decor. But as soon as it’s
September, I’m pulling out all the other pumpkins and fall decorations. Then Thanksgiving is the climax of a season of gorgeous colors and a time to realize how blessed I am!
I can’t wait to see your new book!
Your new book looks beautiful! Thanks for the sneak peek.
Fall is my favorite: crisp air, falling leaves, apples & pumpkins,
new season for studies, & family gatherings.
Oct 4th – today – is my birthday! So it is a day I will remember your delightful book was officially out! But I ordered mine early and got it a while ago – AND IT IS FABULOUS!
Ladies, you may win this, but you will want to buy so many for Christmas gifts, trust me!
I already gave mine to my sister whose birthday it was last week….so I am crossing my fingers, toes and eyes in the hopes of winning myself one. : – )
Thank you so much – this is truly a wonderful book for one’s collection – it is so pretty and so inspiring. And the best part for me was the faith-base of it all. It was the heart and soul of this charming book. ♥♥
Happy Birthday Michele!!!! Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words about the book and for wanting to pass it along to your sister for her to enjoy as well. We hope you know how much we value and appreciate all of your support and encouragement. You are a blessing to us! 🙂
P.S. If you have the time, would you consider leaving a review of the book on Amazon?? Thank you!
Congratulations on your new book!!!
I love all the seasons! I love spring because it is a time of new birth and the celebration of the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ. I love the lazy, warm days of summer. I love the colors of fall, apple-picking, hay rides, pumpkin-picking, and cooler temperatures. And last but not least, I love the quiet, peacefulness of winter.
My favorite season is right now– the cozy fall! It always feels like nature’s last-ditch flourishing blast of beauty before the long, dormant winter. Because the season is short here in Montana I always savor it most. Congrats on your book baby, I can’t wait to read it!
A huge congratulations!!!!!!!!! Of the preview is ah-mazing. I can only imagine the entire book!!!
I love Fall. After living in the desert for fifteen years, God brought me out of it and I love Fall the best. The crisp air, the beauty in the leaves, and cozy blankets.
My favorite season is fall because the heat of summer is usually gone and we have some days with chilly mornings and warm afternoons and the harvest is going full blast.
Your book looks like something to give as gifts for Christmas.
Congrats on your book! Fall is my favorite season! Cuddling up, hot cider, pumpkin, boots, fur, etc!!!
Autumn is my personal favorite. Cooler weather, the anticipation of the up-coming holidays and we usually travel. Congratulations to both of you and many continued blessings!
Congrats!!! What and accomplishment!! My favorite season is fall. I love the colors, the cooler weather, wearing sweat shirts. The cool crisp mornings make me feel so alive. I love all the craft fairs and church bazaars. Fall brings an extra feeling of peace and warmth to me.
My favorite season is summer. I am a summer girl all the way! I love the hot days, time at the beach playing in the ocean, and all the wonderful sounds of summer. The crickets, the cicadas, birds, frogs, children playing outside… all of them. I love being in my garden and watching things grow. I am blessed to live in the South, where we have long summers.
Fall. My favorite season. The gorgeous autumn colors. Low humidity. The best days at the beach are during the fall. Crisp evenings. Beautiful sunsets. Breathtaking harvest moon. Crystal clear Carolina blue skies. But, I am truly thankful that I live where we can witness four distinctive seasons. It is a blessing and a gift. Congratulations on your book. I look forward to enjoying it as much as I do your blog.
I LOVE Autumn!
Congratulations on the book! I can’t wait to read it – so I’m really hoping I am one of the winners. Because I live in Oregon and I love sunshine, summer is my favorite season – followed very closely by fall.
Autumn is absolutely my favorite season. Even though the green trees are all beautiful, to be able to watch them become so much more beautiful and vibrant is amazing. Fall also brings mist on the water in the crisp mornings, so combined with the awesome trees, the views during autumn are just so inspiring and refreshing.
It’s a tough decision between Spring and Fall but I think Fall wins. I love the smells, mild but cool sweater and sweatshirt weather, the colors, anything pumpkin, and the beautiful gratitude holiday, Thanksgiving. Your book sounds wonderful! Congratulations!
Congrats! I have been eagerly waiting for this day. Can’t wait to see your new book.
I LOVE fall. Today it’s a bit crispy in Minnesota and we are so blessed to fully experience each seasonal change with all its glory. I love to crunch through the leaves, the smell of bonfires, and the glorious colors. As I type this I am looking out my window at the most amazing crimson red tree.
Fall – it’s a good thing.
Congratulations again on your new book, it looks beautiful from this post. As for choosing a favorite season, it’s kinda like picking your favorite friend–each has something that stirs the soul and excites the senses. Spring with the new growth following a winter of resting and reflecting, autumn with the promise of change and summer which is the big bonus. I really love them all for different reasons, just like my friends with their different personalities who each bring something new and fresh to the relationship.
Love, Pat
Congratulations to you both! I know writing, editing, editing, editing a book is hard and long work. The book looks lovely and hope your book sales are way beyond what you imagine!
I am so so excited to read this book! God gives us all seasons to enjoy but my absolute favorite is Fall. Being from the south, I am surrounded by all these beautiful colors. My horses love it & my deer season begins! Fall- Bonfires, smores and football!
Can’t wait to curl up at night to read! Congratulations on this wonderful book!
Congratulations ! I can not wait to see your book in person. What a blessing you two are to so many !
I have a hard time choosing seasons, they each have their own attritbutes, but if I had to choose, I guess I would say Fall. I love the crisp cool days and all of the beautiful colors that God has given us.
Summer….. lazy mornings (okay- maybe lazy everything), strawberries, campfires, open windows, no schedules, no homework, no baths…… how many more months?????
SUMMER!
Congratulations ladies! I preordered, so I am already enjoying my copy. I may buy another for a Christmas gift!
Congrats!! on your book it looks awesome and your preference to the book is beautiful .So excited for you both.
I love autumn with its crisp, cool days and the beautiful colors. Congratulations on your new book!
I cannot wait to get my hands on a copy of your new book! The theme, “seasons of life” has been used many times in my ministry, over the years, with parents and children. It’s such a great analogy to our lives in Christ.
I live in Colorado, so I get to experience every season to its fullest. I love each one, but my favorite is, “Autumn”. I LOVE the changing colors of Fall, the flavors of pumpkin spice and apple cider, the sound of walking through fallen leaves on the ground., the crisp air that suggests a warm sweater or scarf, and the smell of wood-burning stoves or fireplaces as the evenings become cooler. I wish great success on your new book!
So excited for you two! It looks like a beautiful book. Favorite season: Spring– I love the thawing of the snow, the sun shining and seeing everything come back to life.
First of all, congratulations! My favorite season is autumn not only because I was born in autumn, but so were both my daughters–all birthdays within 4 days. Everything about the season makes me happy!
My favorite season is Spring…I love the anticipation of new growth on trees when just visible. Daffodils showing their pretty little bonnets along with rain and sunshine. Everyone seems to open up their souls to nature.
I love summer season the best. It is time to get garden produce, play in the sunshine with grandkids and travel.
I like each season for different reasons, and it is hard to pick my favorite. I think though that I will have to pick Spring because I really enjoy gardening. It is so much fun to walk around my yard and see what things have popped up out of the ground almost overnight and watch the daffodils, irises and azaleas start to bloom. Because we live in a hot climate during the summer, I especially enjoy the cooler days of Spring to garden. Working in the dirt is very relaxing and good for my soul-what a creative God we have who fills the earth and our backyards with such beauty! I am so looking forward to reading your book!
I’m definitely a summer girl! Love the sun, the heat, the lake and longer days. Plus my birthday is in August 😉
I used to think that Spring was my favorite season of the year. In the Spring we long for the earth’s awakening and all that comes with it. But as I have gotten older, I now know that Fall is the season for me. I need Fall to force me to slow down and prepare for the long Winter ahead. Fall gives me a chance to rejuvenate and to recover from the busy summer months of long days, gardening, putting up food from the garden, and just the results of a busy life with too much to do. Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us!
Congratulations on your book! It looks awesome and I can’t wait to read it. I am a Jersey girl and I love the beach so I have to go with summer! Love the pool on a hot summer day! Not to mention the days are so much longer 🙂
Fall is, and always will be, my favorite season. Cooler weather, leaves changing, and the best time to cook yummy stews and bake tons of cookies and breads.
I would love to win a copy of your first book! 😉 Fall is my favorite -because I love, love, LOVE the colors of the changing leaves! -and the yummy spicy scents that fill my home!
I’m so excited for you!! My favorite season is hard for me to decide – there’s something special about each one. If I had to make a choice, it would probably be Spring. Seeing everything come back to life after a restful winter is so amazing. Again, congrats on your new book!!
Hooray you! Spring is my favorite because Easter is such a special, less rushed holiday and family time.
I am a lover of SPRING!!! There is a sense of newness in the air, the colors are so vibrant!!!
I can’t wait to read your book….Congratulations to everyone involved!!
Summer is my favorite season because I love to garden! I am so excited to see that your book is finally out! I took a snapshot of it several weeks ago so that I would remember to get it when it finally hit the shelves! 🙂
Congratulations on the release of your stunningly beautiful and inspiring book! Yay!!
My favorite season is spring. I LOVE the anticipation of what’s ahead, the warmer weather, and most of all… watching new growth emerge from the ground. It makes my heart sing!!
Thanks so much! My fingers are crossed. 😉
Congratulations, ladies! So excited for you. My favorite season is Autumn. Just can’t beat the cooler temps, vibrant leaves, and nesting.
I love Spring when everything comes to life!
Autumn is my favorite. It is like a sigh of relief. The leaf colors, pumpkin flavored everything and cooler temps just bring a sense of peace to my mind.
Congratulations friend!!! So excited for you! It is so hard for me to pick a favorite season, I honestly love the transition of each season! But if I have to pick a favorite it would be Autumn! I love the changing of the leaves, warm apple cider, sweatshirts and rain boots, lazy rainy days, curling up with hot coffee with a good book and a cozy blanket…and the list goes on and on.
Autumn is my favorite season. To see God’s handiwork in this season fills me in ways that no other season can. The smell, color, and crunch of the leaves, snuggling in the softest cardigan, crisp air and apples, hot chocolate and warm tea (hugs on the inside), life slowing down (sorta), having gratitude for God and others garnishing every thought. My Heaven has Autumn all the time.
My favorite season is definitely Autumn. I love the cooler weather, pumpkins, mums and Autumn decorations. I love Thanksgiving and spending time with my family going apple picking and pumpkin decorating.
I love Fall. I love the crisp air, the colors and the rain. I love that my birthday is in October too.
I Love the Autumn… It is a time for relaxing , enjoying the weather . Enjoying the gathering of family or alone time by the fire. Sleeping in or reading a book. Cooking family fav. and movie time.
So excited to read this!
Fall is my favorite! Colors, decor, brisk weather and pumpkin spice lattes!
Fall is definitely my favorite time of year. The crispness of the air, the bonfires, my wedding anniversary! My husband and I love this time of year to go camping deep in the woods where we have no cell phone service and we just get that chance to reconnect and reset. I love the smells of fall, apples, pumpkins, leaves. I also get excited because its closer and closer to time to see family and friends. This year fall will be especially wonderful for me because my son comes home from a 9 month long deployment with his Army unit. I cannot wait. Thank you both again for the wonderful book. I so look forward to enjoying it!
So very happy for you! All your hard work has paid off! My favorite season is fall because I have permission to use orange everywhere! And i have learned that my home colors of blue and white go really well with orange. And I love decorating the front porch with mums and pumpkins and orange/brown tiny lights. Just so wonderful on a gloomy day!
Sometimes I think Summer is my favorite season and than fall comes. I love that it slows life down a little bit we gather more for dinner and drink hot drinks watch a little tv. The color changes and the leaves falling are always so pretty. Thanks for the chance at this amazing giveaway.
I am excited for your new book! My favorite season has always been Autumn. I loved it when young because that’s when school started and I loved school. Now I am always anxious for Fall because the weather is cooler, football starts, the trees begin to glow with colors, it is sweater and hoodie season, and finally
it’s time for cider, caramel apples and pumpkin cheesecake!
Your beautiful book promises to be a favorite to not only read, but to reread again and again with the passing seasons.
Autumn is my favorite season because the colors of the season are captivating, but watching the sun as it creeps closer to the horizon daily brings to mind this scripture: Psalm 104:19 ~ He made the moon for the seasons; The sun knows the place of its setting.
My favorite season is Winter! The reason is, I live in Florida, where we have summer weather most of the year. I was born & raised in Florida and I just LOVE cold weather. We don’t have it very often, but when we do it just makes me happy. I love getting my sweaters and long pants (not capris or shorts) out. To me, winter just seems like fresh air and clean. I really don’t know how to explain it, but winter just makes me happy!
Congratulations on your new book! I can’t wait to read it!!!
Congratulations on your book, how exciting for you both. My favorite season has to be Fall and living here in Georgia I don’t feel I get enough of it. I am originally a PA girl who enjoys the crisp air, changing of the leaves, wearing jeans with wonderful sweaters and sitting outside by a fire pit.
Congrats on you book publishing and thans for this awesome opportunity!
My favorite season is Spring. A time for renewing your soul and starting fresh!
Spring – a rebirth and spirtual awakening!
Congratulations on your book!
Spring is my favorite …the promise of new life and new beginnings.
Fall is my favorite time of year because it seems to last the longest where we live. We will have many gorgeous days in the 70’s so we can enjoy riding our motorcycle and enjoying the fall foliage.
Congratulations on your book…..I can’t wait to get my hands on it!
Congratulations on the book! I love fall with the cooler temperatures and beautiful colors.
My favorite season is autumn. Even though everything that bloomed and grew in summer is winding down, autumn always seems like a new beginning to me. It’s time to turn inward, and gather with family and friends. It’s the start of the holiday season, which I love.
While I love something about every season I think I would have to say I love winter, and on the rare occasion that here in SW Washington we get snow, I cherish it. I love the coziness, making hot soups with yummy bread.
I love Spring – a time of new beginnings, everything comes alive.
Congrats on your new book, it’s beautiful.
Spring, no Fall…umm, no Spring. Shoot loving two out of the four isn’t bad!!
I love autumn because I was born during this season. There are so many special days, holidays, beautiful colors, cool temperatures, and memories.
Congratulations! What a beautiful book! Can’t wait to pick up one, or two ! Great gift ideas for my favourite gal friends!
It’s hard to pick a season, but I think fall is one of my favourites. The beautiful autumn colours of the landscapes. Pulling out the warm sweaters for beautiful walks in the park. Hearing the crunching of fallen leaves under foot, taking in the crisp cool air! Coming home to cuddle under a warm blanket, sipping on a nice “mug” of tea and a good book! Can’t get better than that!
Congratulations on what I know will be a fabulous book! I would love to win the giveaway! My favorite season is summer. I love, love, love sunshine and warmth.
Autumn is my favorite month. God showers us with His beauty.
So excited about your book. I can’t wait to read it.
I love Spring and Autumn. They are both my favorite. I love the new life that Spring brings. Warmer weather and the smell of fresh cut grass.
I love Autumn with the cooler temperatures, leaves changing color, fall decorating and the promise of fireplaces, tea and a food book.
Congratulations on your new book. It looks and sounds perfect for the seasons of our life.
Fall and Winter are my favorite Seasons. I live in Florida . Fall brings Hope. Hope that Summer will soon be over. That the temperature will drop. The humidity will go away.
And the rain will stop.
Hope.
It brings memories of Fall in the Midwest. Of the beautiful colors in Illinois and Wisconsin . Of endless camping trips all over. The Ozarks are another favorite.
I love seeing the photos from Vermont and other Eastern States.
I miss the Aspens of Colorado and the West.
Their glorious gold. Red tints.
Sunshine and beautiful days. Crisp days.
Cooler nights. The crunch of the leaves.
The smells outdoors and indoors. Baking again. Candles being lit.
The first frost. The first snowfall.
Layers of clothing. Coats , Scarves, mittens and hats. Boots and sweaters.
The changing over from Fall to Winter.
I loved Winter best when I lived in Colorado.
The beauty of a new fallen snow. Sunshine. Mild weather. Cold but not freezing.
I could go on and on.
I even enjoyed Spring and Summer there.
So excited about this new book would love a copy
Congratulations on your new book! It sounds fantastic! Autumn is my favorite season. I love the bright red, gold and oranges of the trees. The smell of cider donuts and pumpkin lattes! Such an animated time of year for the sights and smells for the senses!
What an exciting time for you two. Congratulations on your book. I know it will be such a joy to have a copy. Both spring and autumn are my favorite seasons. I love the greening of God’s creation which spring brings as well as the spectacular explosion of color each autumn. Wow! Only God could be the creator of our seasons.
Hi
That book looks amazing! I love summer! No layers or chills! I have horses so it’s easier to ride in the summer however I love fall too.
Thanks for the chance to win your book.
Congratulations on the book! I would love to win a copy. My favorite season is fall and the splendid colors in the changes of the leaves.
I love fall for the cooler temperatures and the smells of harvest, but mostly for the beautifully vibrant hues of the trees. It makes my heart sing!
I remember,at 16,looking through my parents’ glass front door at glorious Autumn and delightful Trick or Treat children. Although my mother was preparing a special holiday meal, the aroma of juicy red apples in the bowl on the desk behind me permeated the room. My dear mom is in heaven now, but the smell of crisp deliscious Fall apples is GOD’S promise that we are together always.
As the Lord graciously leads me through a season mixed with challenges that I cannot do alone, I reflect on His incredible unending grace poured out on me as a sinner, as one who is in need of His great power and Who gently leads me and all of His children to persevere for His sake and for our good….once again, autumn is stands out a little more because we do celebrate Thanksgiving. As children of the living God our lives and hearts should be full of Thanksgiving to our loving and gracious God for His perfect plan to prepare us and mold us to His image. I am in a season of life that is mingled with difficulty, sadness and deepest joy that comes from sweetest gifts He has bestowed, that encourage and cause me in my weakness to strive toward Him Who is my strength. To God be the glory everyday, every season until we worship Him face to face.
This book sounds absolutely lovely to read. My favorite season is fall. The sky has this clear refreshing blue sky in Fall and that is how I feel in fall – Refreshed!.
Congrats on the book!

Summer is my absolute favorite. The trees have come to life again with their green leaves, the birds are back and raising their families in the bird houses, the garden is growing and the fresh vegetables are the best. After a winter of limited fresh fruit all the berries are in season, and watermelons are not far behind. The porch calls my name to come and sit and enjoy the weather and I have to obey. Summer can’t be beat.
Congratulations on your book! It looks lovely and full of ideas and wisdom. I live in Southern California so you may think that we only have “Endless Summer”. Eau contraire! We have all four, just more subtle than in other regions. Honestly, I love them all. Spring for the smell of dirt in my “turned” garden. Summer for the bright blue skies and memories of childhood days of dreaming. Autumn for cool nights topping off a perfect warm day.. Winter for the holidays and hopes of rain. Every season comes at just the right time too!
Cheers to your book and happy Autumn!
I ordered a copy yesterday! I should have it in my hands tomorrow! I’m really excited to get it. This sounds like the perfect thing to give as gifts to several favorite women in my life. I know I’m going to love it just from the little glimpses we’ve gotten of it already.
What is my favorite season? Do I have to choose? I love them all but I suppose if I absolutely had to choose it would be fall. I love the colors, crisp air, soup, bringing out the knitting, and the winter that will be following soon.
Fall is by far my favorite Season. I love the cooler weather and the changing leaves.
Your book looks amazing! Thanks for the chance to win! Autumn is my favorite season!
Spring is my favorite. Mild weather and life feels renewed!
Autumn…a time of God’s splendor here in the mountains of Appalachia where the changing leaves makes everyone feel on an even playing field. We have many people living in poverty in our state of WV but God has given us this free gift of beautiful colors for all to admire together and we feel so blessed. Thank you sisters for your inspirational blog, Vanessa and Heather.
I love the fall because of the beautiful colors and the start of the holidays!
What a beautiful looking book! While all the seasons are great, Winter is a favorite…cozying up, spending Christmas with loved ones, and roaring fireplaces.
Summer! Because it is beautiful & full of life & fun!
I would say I’m in the fall season of my life & fall is my favorite season of the year. Actually I love whatever season I am in at the time, the most…there is just so much to savor in each one!
I love all things Fall! My favorite season to decorate and to savor the last golden opportunities of light and harvest.
