We had one of those moments a few weeks ago…when HGTV came a knockin’…yes HGTV as in Home and Garden Television!
They have launched a fun new website devoted to the GARDEN side of Home and Garden Television.

Heather is lucky…blessed…to live where HGTV is headquartered and so had a chance to enjoy a wonderful lunch with the editor of HGTVGardens and walked away with an offer for us to be regular contributors to the site!
Yep…pinch us! We get to work with HGTV!
It seems like such a short time since we launched At The Picket Fence…and yet so many months of hard work, dedication and learning have gone into this website, and the payoff is moments like these.
Those surreal moments when HGTV comes knocking at your door! We feel so BLESSED for these opportunities and we hope to provide quality projects, ideas and inspiration to share with followers over at HGTVGardens…in fact, we hope you’ll be come one of those readers!
It couldn’t be easier to sign up to be a member of the HGTVGardens website, and we hope you’ll start by visiting our very first post over there, a tutorial on….How to Gild and Frame Botanicals .
