INSPIRED ROOMS
Lynette from Thistle Bleu showed us how she Embraced the Knotty Pine in her lovely dining room and we think this just goes to show that not everything needs to be painted white!
Our friend Pam from DIY Design Fanatic shared how she gave her master bedroom a gorgeous transformation on a budget and we think she made it look like a million bucks!
MAKEOVERS
Kate from Still Room to Grow turned a hall closet into a fabulous mudroom for her family! We are loving the grey, white, red color combination!
Deneen from Dreaming in Color shared how she spruced up her Craft Room and gave it a fresh new look with tons of charm!
CRAFTS and CREATIONS
These Pipe Shelves made by Jacky from Small Home Love put a fun new twist on her entry and definitely qualify as industrial chic!
Julie, a.k.a. The Redhead Can Decorate, showed us how she made this awesome Illuminated Photo Door. That redhead really can decorate! We loved this so much we also shared it over at hometalk so others could check out this cool project.
Brenda from Cottage 4C turned an old bread drawer into a fantastic Bathroom Cabinet with a great faux rust technique applied. We love that she added the word “Soak” and it is just so charming!
OUTDOOR LIVING
Carrie from Saving 4 Six did an awesome job giving her front porch and walkway a beautiful facelift! We absolutely love those pavers and you’ll have to see the “before” to truly appreciate this “after”.
Diane from An Extraordinary Day shared how she made this fun and colorful striped rug for her patio using a drop cloth. Well done Diane!
RECIPES and PARTIES
We just loved the whimsy of A Mad Tea Party from Meeha Meeha. The details in this are so amazing and we would love for you to pay her a visit to check them out!
We love finding new crockpot recipes and Nici from Posed Perfection shared a wonderful one for Shredded Flank Steak Sliders. Yummy and easy…our kind of meal!
This recipe for Light Summer Rice Salad from Ewe Creek Cottage does double duty as a filler for Tacos. We love a good two-for-one meal!
INSPIRING STORIES
Sharon from Lilikoi Joy shared with us why her Birthday Hike to Rattlesnake Ledge was so significant this year and not only did she feel a sense of accomplishment about reaching the top, she knew that she had something even more incredible to be proud of.
You’ll have to visit her to hear more about her journey!
Courtenay from The Creek Line House shared a wonderful post called “Balance is not a Show-off” , where she opens up about finding balance, planting seeds and keeping things real…in blogging and in life. We hope you will go over and read it because we know you will be as encouraged as we were!

Hi girls! I’m working on several projects in my house and hope to have some cool things to share in the coming weeks–for today I’m just linking a fun little idea for a birthday gift. 🙂
Heather, I spent entirely too much time looking at your house website. You did a great job with that! Honestly, your property seems like an incredibly good deal to me! Property values must be very different in your neck of the woods than here, but I’d say your house is a good value ANYWHERE. I hope you sell it quickly and painlessly.
Thanks so much for hosting this party! Y’all are such lovely bloggers.
