Howdy party people!
Once again you did not make it easy for us to narrow down the amazing projects to feature this week. You would think you were all just a bunch of incredibly talented, creative, thoughtful, inspiring, and fabulous people or something! Winking smile

Last week announced the winner of the $25 credit to Curly Willow Collection 
and have yet to hear from her.
So, if your name is Nova (and it can’t just be a nickname that you suddenly came up with!), you are the winner and we are giving you until Monday to contact us before we pick another winner.

Before we jump into the highlights from last week’s party, we just wanted to take a second and let you know that we may be a little scarce around Blog-town for the next week or so.

Heather has some very important guests coming to her home next week.
They may or may not be bringing cameras to take photos of a certain room in her house.
And she may or may not be running around like a chicken with her head cut off getting ready for them to come. Oh, and these photos may or may not end up being seen by millions of readers. Just sayin’!
So, while she is frantically painting and putting on finishing touches, Vanessa is holding down the fort here at the Fence. Just know that we love ya even if we can’t visit as often!

INSPIRED ROOMS

Sherry from Living in the Rain Garden shared her jaw-dropping Bathroom Renovation. This is one of those “you gotta see it to believe it” transformations and you will be amazed when you see how this room used to look!

 
Stacey from Conspicuous Style re-revealed her stunning Dining Room complete with new floors and wall color. This gal is just beyond talented and we would feel like we were in some swanky restaurant if we were eating dinner in that room!

 
 
MAKEOVERS

  Roeshel, a.k.a. The DIY Showoff, just never ceases to amaze us! Check out how she ended up using a thrift store chandelier. Yep. Turned it into a coffee table! So cool!

We are so loving how Kim from Too Much Time on my Hands turned an old dresser into this one-of-a-kind garden planter! She didn’t even mind that her neighbors were looking at her like she was crazy! If they were DIY’ers they would have totally gotten it, right Kim?

 


CRAFTS AND CREATIONS
Look closely….can you guess what this mirror is made out of? Kristi from Addicted 2 Decorating showed us how to make this Chrysanthemum Mirror out of Plastic Spoons!!
Isn’t that just so neat?

From plastic spoons to dried lemons! Take a look at this beautiful Dried Lemon Wreath from Jenny at Days of Chalk and Chocolate. It looks so Spring-y!

Have you seen this Swing Set turned Fire Station from Michell at Girl in Air?? She is so incredibly creative and talented and we think her son is one blessed little guy! Michell is also becoming a local celebrity by sharing her talents in a monthly Craft Segment for a local news station.
We are so thrilled for you Michell!

RECIPES

  Lyuba of Will Cook for Smiles shared this recipe for Apple Pie Pancakes and when Vanessa’s son saw this up on the computer screen he immediately wanted to know when he would get to try them!

    I am totally tearing up (and blaming it on the pregnancy hormones!) over the incredibly sweet feature today. I didn’t even realize the party was open yet, and a friend gave me a heads-up about the feature, so I popped over expecting to see maybe one of my silly little projects and instead got a total blessing that honestly made my day (heck, weekend!).
